Refund Policy and the Empty Jar Guarantee

The 60 day Empty Jar Guarantee

Take TW-01 every day and finish the jar. If you are not convinced it earned its place, send us back the empty jar within 60 days of delivery and we will refund every dollar you paid for it, including original shipping. This applies to your first jar, one per customer.

How to claim it

Email hello@livetherawell.com with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label for the empty jar. Your refund goes back to the original payment method within 10 business days of the jar reaching us.

Everything else

Unopened jars from the same order can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Opened jars beyond the first are not refundable, unless the product arrived damaged or defective. If it did, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it, your choice.

Subscriptions can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time before the next charge from your account page or by emailing hello@livetherawell.com.
