The science

Most supplementsdon't absorb. Ours does.

Bioavailability is the whole game. A supplement that does not absorb is a supplement that does not work, no matter how impressive the label. Here is how TW-01 is built, and what was measured.

01

The absorption problem. Why glutathione fails in a pill.

Most active ingredients in supplements never reach the cells that need them. Glutathione, the molecule your liver uses to clear what it does not want, is the clearest example. It is fragile. Your stomach runs at about pH 2, and plain glutathione breaks down there before it reaches the bloodstream intact. You swallow it. The molecule never arrives.

The industry's answer has been to under dose, hide weak actives behind proprietary blends, and let marketing fill the gap. Ours is to start from absorption and work backward.

CyLoc and DexKey.How the cage works.

For TW-01 we partner with Tesseract Medical Research to deliver glutathione inside their patented CyLoc® and DexKey® system, a nanomolecular delivery platform that isolates and encapsulates individual nutrient molecules.

CyLoc® seals each glutathione molecule inside a cyclodextrin matrix and shields it through the stomach, where acid would otherwise degrade it. DexKey® travels with it and opens the cage at the precise point in the intestinal tract where absorption happens, one molecule at a time.

Single molecule delivery, exactly where it is needed.

67%

average rise in blood glutathione.

In a 32 patient study, oral CyLoc glutathione raised blood glutathione 67% on average from baseline. The study tested the delivery technology, not TW-01 itself. CyLoc is the platform inside every TW-01 gummy.

Limits, stated plainly

This was a study of the delivery technology, not of TW-01 as a finished product. 32 people is a small study. Individual results vary. And no one should expect to feel a blood level change.

What we will not claim

  • That TW-01 treats, cures, or prevents any disease.
  • That it removes microplastics from your body.
  • That you will feel it on day one.
  • That any supplement replaces sleep, food, or your doctor.
03

The format matters.Why a gummy.

The supplement you take is the one that has a chance to work. Pills get forgotten. Powders get skipped. Capsules sit in the cabinet. So TW-01 is a blackberry gummy, two a day, a format people use every day without thinking about it.

Adherence is not a feature. It is the product.

04

Honest dosing.Every dose on the label.

Every active in TW-01 is named with its full dose on the label. CyLoc glutathione complex 250mg, activated charcoal 100mg, zeolite 100mg, chlorella 50mg. No proprietary blends. No hidden math. The full Supplement Facts panel is on the product page.

If we cannot back a dose with the science, the dose does not go in the formula.
