1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. Our products are intended for adults.

2. Our products are dietary supplements

TheraWell products are dietary supplements. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Nothing on this site is medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a health condition. Activated charcoal can bind medications taken at the same time, so take TW-01 at least two hours away from any medication. Keep out of reach of children.

3. Orders, pricing, and availability

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, or discontinue any product at any time. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund it in full. Product images are representative and may differ slightly from what you receive.

4. Subscriptions

If you choose a subscription, it renews automatically at the interval you selected until you pause or cancel it. You can pause, skip, or cancel at any time before the next charge from your account page or by emailing hello@livetherawell.com.

5. Returns and the Empty Jar Guarantee

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes the 60 day Empty Jar Guarantee on your first jar.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy.

7. Accounts and accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current information for your orders and account and to keep your login details private.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and the TheraWell and TW-01 names, belongs to TheraWell or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

9. Reviews and submissions

If you send us a review, comment, or other content, you grant TheraWell the right to use, edit, and publish it without restriction. Do not submit anything unlawful, false, or that infringes another person's rights.

10. Third party links

This site may link to third party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The site and our products are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheraWell and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

You agree to hold TheraWell harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or third party right.
